Family of the Incarnation celebrated their foundation on 28th July 2005 in Chavagnes en Paillers, France.
This family have the same sap, roots in common, the same family spirit: the Spirit of the Incarnate Word.
Their members are:
- Ursulines of Jesus
- Fathers of Mary Immaculate
- Sisters of the Immaculate Conception of Niort
Lay members are recognised by one of the three congregations who wish to form part of the Family.
We commit ourselves follow a path of life according to the Gospel,
enlightened by the mystery of the Incarnation,
in the footsteps of Louis Marie Baudouin.
This family of the Incarnation is born and lives on, more from lived experience where we are and from the people with whom we share mission, than from structures.
In the United kingdom and Ireland there are two branches of the family at present – the Ursulines of Jesus ( UJ’s), and four Associate Groups centred in London, Swansea, Edinburgh and Dublin.
